We are excited to announce dates for our 2025 Westerm Loire Valley wine & culinary adventure. Seven unforgettable nights, embarking on intimate visits to vignerons, partaking of legendary wines, indulging in Michelin-starred restaurants, and exploring the magical chateaux of the region. A unique experience limited to just 6 guests. Join us from Sunday, June 22nd to Saturday, June 28th, to celebrate the thousand year history of French wine and gastronomy.

You will be chauffeured from Orly or Charles de Gaulle airports or your Paris hotel to our private manor house complete with pool, extensive gardens, private chef on-call. From this idyllic retreat we’ll explore the famous to the obscure vignerons including Clos Rougeard, Joly, and Collier. Always growers creating top-tier wines with the capacity to age.

Our final night is back in Paris at Hotel Fauchon. After an afternoon left open for shopping and sightseeing, we cap off the adventure with dinner at La Tour D’Argent where the wine list weighs in at 10+ pounds.

We look forward to sharing this exceptional adventure with you.

First The Wine selects all the wines for each meal. On average at restaurants with good wine lists more than 1,800€ for one meal per day will be expensed. The second daily meal on average will expense less. Several restaurants on this trip including La Tour D’Argent will command spending closer to 3,000€ for wine.

In the past, there have been guests wishing to take advantage of a precious bottle at a very reasonable price, perhaps a 2010 Coche Dury Corton Charlemagne at 2,800€. It is suggested that in the spirit of camaraderie such an expensive bottle be separately purchased and shared accordingly with the group.
